You are invited to join Holly's House, in collaboration with the 2012 Shrinersfest for a boat parade on the Ohio!!! Be a part of history in the making of your creative parade entry. Every captain will receive a commemorative t-shirt and digital photo of their decorated boat. NO HELIUM BALLOONS ALLOWED
